Consultation: At the first meeting, we will conduct a consultation during which we will assess the current condition of your face, after which we will work together to set a treatment goal. The areas of your face that bother you most will be evaluated and the various options discussed.
We will draw up your treatment plan so that you are informed about necessary and recommended follow-up treatments before the start of treatment. Treatment requests that objectively result in aesthetic disadvantages or whose cost is disproportionate to the benefits of wrinkle injections will be explained to you in detail. Alternatives to wrinkle injections with hyaluronic acid, such as the vampire lift or conservative aesthetic treatments, will also be discussed. A common medical method for non-surgical lifting is the Ultherapy Prime procedure.
Preparation: The treatment area is carefully cleaned and treated with a skin-friendly disinfectant to minimize the risk of infection. Depending on the indication, we numb the area to be treated with an anesthetic ointment so that the treatment is virtually painless.
Treatment: After preparation, the targeted hyaluronic acid injection begins using particularly fine needles or a TSK cannula, making the treatment even less painful.
Follow-up treatments:It is difficult to say whenhyaluronic acid injections need to be refreshed. This depends on which material is used in which area of the face. "Thin products" have a lifespan of approximately 9 months, while "viscous products" forliquid lifting last for around 18 months on average. We usually ask our patients to come to our practice around once a year to ensure positive results.

Treatment of the lips with hyaluronic acid is also possible, allowing them to be either slightly contoured or subtly enlarged. Disturbing shadows or dark circles under the eyes can be reduced by treatment with high-quality hyaluronic acid.

Wrinkle injections with hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a substance produced naturally in the body that binds moisture and supports the tissue. During wrinkle injections, it is injected specifically into the defined skin layers to add volume, smooth wrinkles or improve contours.
The method is suitable for nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip wrinkles, but also for emphasizing lips, chin or cheeks. Fine wrinkles can also be plumped up.
The effect lasts 9 to 18 months, depending on the region, product and individual metabolism. After that, the hyaluronic acid is completely broken down by the body.
Depending on the indication, the treatment area is prepared with an anesthetic cream. The treatment is generally well tolerated.
No blood-thinning medication (e.g. aspirin) should be taken on the day of treatment. Alcohol consumption should also be avoided to minimize the risk of minor bruising.
After a detailed consultation, the filler is injected using very fine needles or blunt cannulas. The treatment usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
