Treatment procedure
Liquid Lifting
Consultation: At our first meeting, we will conduct a consultation during which we will assess the current condition of your face. We will then work with you to formulate a treatment goal.
The areas of your face that bother you most will be assessed and the various options discussed. We will draw up your treatment plan before the liquid lifting so that you are informed about any necessary and recommended follow-up treatments before the treatment begins. Treatment requests that objectively result in aesthetic disadvantages or whose cost is disproportionate to the benefits of wrinkle injections will be explained to you in detail.
Preparation: The treatment area is carefully cleaned and treated with a skin-friendly disinfectant to minimize the risk of infection. Depending on the indication, we numb the area to be treated with an anesthetic ointment so that the treatment is virtually painless.
Treatment: Liquid lifting is then performed using special cannulas from TSK or very fine needles, which are used to inject the hyaluronic acid. The use of these blunt microcannulas means that the treatment has remarkably few side effects.
In principle, everyday habits can be resumed immediately after a liquid lift.

treatment method
Liquid Lifting
In the course of the natural ageing process, the face loses volume and elasticity and the skin and soft tissue sag. This process emphasizes the chin, nasolabial folds and sagging cheeks. The formerly youthful contours of the face become blurred, making those affected appear more tired and older. Liquid lifting is a sensible treatment option, which uses hyaluronic acid to tighten sagging facial structures, resulting in facial rejuvenation.
What does liquid lifting mean?
A liquid facelift is a facelift without a scalpel. The loss of volume associated with aging is compensated for and the sagging of the skin is counteracted by injections, wrinkles are smoothed out and larger areas are rejuvenated.
Targeted volumization restores the youthful contours of the face and indirectly lifts dependent areas such as the nasolabial fold or chin line, the jawline.
You can visualize the effect by pinching your cheeks between your thumb and forefinger to simulate the expected lifting effect.
Liquid lifting uses highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid to compensate for this loss of volume. In our practice, we only use highly specialized hyaluronic acid from Allergan, Teoxane and Merz for this treatment.
Although the products are more expensive, they pay for themselves in terms of smoothness and durability for up to 18 months.

FAQs
Liquid Lifting
Liquid lifting is a non-surgical procedure for facial rejuvenation in which various hyaluronic acid preparations are used in a targeted manner to compensate for volume loss and harmonize facial contours - completely without a scalpel.
While wrinkle injections treat individual lines or wrinkles, liquid lifting takes a holistic approach: the entire facial volume is remodeled, creating a gentle lifting effect.
With liquid lifting, larger areas are treated. This indirectly lifts or reduces the chin, jawline, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Asymmetries or age-related hollow cheeks can also be corrected.
After a precise analysis of the face, an individual treatment plan is drawn up. The hyaluronic acid is injected at defined depths using blunt microcannulas. The treatment takes approx. 15 minutes.
The treatment is well tolerated and virtually pain-free, as we apply an anaesthetic cream in advance depending on the indication. By using a special cannula from TSK, the treatment is particularly free of side effects.
The face appears fresher, firmer and more youthful - without looking unnatural. The effect is immediately visible and improves over the following days thanks to the additional moisture retention of the hyaluronic acid.
The average shelf life is 12 to 18 months, depending on the product used, the area and the individual metabolism.
Usually not. Minor swelling or bruising at the injection points is possible, but is usually inconspicuous and short-lived.
Serious side effects are rare. Possible, mostly harmless reactions are redness, a feeling of tension or small hematomas. If performed correctly, the risk is very low.
