Treatment procedure

Medical peelings

Consultation: During an initial consultation, we will discuss which peel is suitable for your skin type. A detailed medical history will be taken and an individual treatment plan will be drawn up.

Preparation: Before starting treatment, we recommend using preparatory creams for around two weeks to allow the skin to become accustomed to the exfoliating substances. After around two weeks of preparation, the skin will be ready and you can start with the first exfoliation treatment.

Treatment: At our clinic, we use peels and products from the renowned company mesoestetic. The exact treatment procedure depends on the specific application.

Care instructions: Intensive moisturizing care nourishes, nourishes, and regenerates the skin in the days following the peel, allowing the process of slight flaking to proceed almost unnoticed. The daily use of sunscreen is also essential after the peel. We recommend a moisturizing SPF50+ sunscreen with a broad spectrum filter against UVA and UVB radiation. Treated skin should not be exposed to intense sunlight for up to 4 weeks. We would be happy to help you choose the best care products for your needs at our practice.

Follow-up treatments: Whether follow-up treatments are necessary varies from peel to peel. With very strong peels such as TCA, a single treatment is often sufficient.

As a rule, however, around 4-6 peelings are carried out at intervals of around 3 weeks, depending on the condition of the skin. A clearly visible treatment result can be achieved after this series of treatments, and the treatments can be continued at longer intervals to ensure that tired-looking skin is refreshed.

Global Eyecon - special treatment for the eye area

Global Eyecon from mesoestetic is a professional treatment package specially developed for rejuvenating the eye area. This application combines an effective peeling and a transepidermal solution, which are applied alternately. The transepidermal composition ensures that the ingredients are ideally absorbed by the skin and reach exactly where they are needed. As the eye area is particularly sensitive, this specially tailored application makes a lot of sense. With Global Eyecon, we recommend a treatment cycle of 6 sessions in which the peeling and the transepidermal solution are used alternately. Fruit acid in exfoliants

Glycolic acid belongs to the alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), a group of natural substances often referred to as fruit acids because they occur naturally in various fruits and other foods. In its natural state, glycolic acid/fruit acid is found in sugar cane juice.

A fruit acid peel is a special skin renewal technique in which fruit acid removes the top layer of dead skin, revealing fresh, intact skin tissue underneath. This "peeling" or "exfoliation" of the dead upper skin cells stimulates the skin cells underneath to regenerate, resulting in a healthier and firmer-looking skin surface.
