Consultation: Before Miracell® stem cell therapy, a detailed consultation takes place to discuss the patient's individual skin needs and goals.
Preparation: At OmniMed Eisenstadt & Klagenfurt, stem cells are collected from whole blood; a bone marrow aspiration is also available if desired. Approximately 30 ml of venous blood is drawn and then processed in the Miracell® centrifuge. Centrifugation isolates the stem cells and produces a highly concentrated solution.
Treatment: The stem cells stimulate the body’s own repair mechanisms and promote the regeneration of skin cells. This leads to improved skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Care Instructions: Avoid wearing makeup for the first 24 hours after treatment to prevent unnecessary irritation of the skin. You should also avoid intense sun exposure and strenuous physical activity for the first 1 to 2 days. In addition, we recommend using gentle skincare products.
Follow-up treatments: We typically perform this treatment as a one-time procedure, but it should ideally be repeated every 9–12 months. We often combine it with autologous blood treatments using APC.

The Miracell® system was specifically designed to gently and effectively isolate stem cells. Precise cell separation and the automatic adjustment of speed and angle during the process maximize the survival rate of the stem cells. This ensures long-lasting and effective results in aesthetic treatments.
An innovative design minimizes the loss of valuable cells, while a special cannula removes platelet-poor plasma in a targeted manner. This produces a highly concentrated stem cell preparation that enables optimum results. In addition, only sterile disposable kits are used to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

No, it is not usually painful. There may be a slight feeling of tension or minimal pressure during the treatment, but most patients find it well tolerated.
The recovery time is usually very short. Slight redness or swelling usually subsides within a few hours to a day. Most patients can resume their daily routine immediately, but should avoid intense sunlight and heavy physical exertion for 24-48 hours.
Possible side effects include slight redness, swelling or a feeling of tightness, but these usually subside within a few hours. Very rarely, small bruises or skin irritation may occur. As the body's own stem cells are used, serious side effects are unlikely.
After Miracell® stem cell therapy, it is recommended that you wait at least 24 hours before applying make-up so as not to irritate the skin unnecessarily.
