I’m now on my second-to-last laser treatment session and feel completely in good hands at OmniMed Eisenstadt. At first, I was a bit skeptical about how effective it would be, but by now the treatment has convinced me so much that I’ve expanded my permanent laser hair removal to other areas of my body as well. From the very beginning, I received detailed and honest advice. All my questions were answered clearly, so I felt well-informed and at ease right from my first appointment. I especially appreciate that you can immediately tell the staff knows exactly what they’re doing. The treatments are performed very professionally—every step is explained clearly. This makes even the laser sessions, which aren’t always completely pain-free, much more comfortable. The clinic is modern and very tastefully designed. The pleasant atmosphere and the beautiful view over the rooftops of Eisenstadt further contribute to making you feel comfortable at every appointment. I’ve been with Omnimed for several years now. Dr. Horwath gives honest advice and isn’t afraid to turn down requests when necessary. I once asked for a small injection in a specific spot that didn’t seem particularly significant to me. He flatly refused (noting that I’d surely find a doctor willing to do it) because he didn’t consider it medically justifiable. I really appreciate his clear and professional approach. The office also impresses in terms of its facilities and atmosphere. A highlight is the view.

Here, the client is greeted warmly! The team interacts with one another in a very friendly manner. The office, including the waiting room, is very tastefully decorated! After a very short wait—about the time it takes to drink a glass of water (3 minutes)—you are invited into the office. This is followed by a detailed consultation—"AESTHETICS even in the consultation." After an in-depth consultation and answers to my many questions, I felt well-informed and educated!!! This was my 8th Hydrafacial basic treatment. The only cosmetic treatment that has helped me so far (40 years old, oily forehead with blemishes, large pores). I go about twice a year. Skin texture is much better. The service is always very courteous and professional.
