With Profhilo Structura expands OmniMed's range of aesthetic treatments with an option that goes beyond mere 'filling'. The hybrid hyaluronic acid is placed to improve skin quality and support contours – particularly in cases of decreasing elasticity and slight volume loss in the midface, along the jawline or the neck.

Active principle: bioremodeling instead of padding

Profhilo Structura is based on stabilized hybrid hyaluronic acid. In contrast to classic hyaluronic fillers, which primarily add volume, Structura focuses on comprehensive bioremodeling: the hybrid HA is distributed in a fan shape in the tissue, promotes collagen and elastin synthesis and also stimulates the regeneration of fatty tissue through biostimulation. This not only improves the skin's structure, but can also restore fullness to existing volume loss - without creating an "overfilled" impression.

Who is Profhilo Structura suitable for?

Profhilo Structura is recommended if softer contouring and a visible improvement in skin quality are desired. We use it

  • for facial modeling and skin tightening,
  • for the treatment of Ozempic Face,
  • for lifting parts of the face,
  • to build up lost fatty tissue in the cheek area and
  • for the treatment of sagging cheeks.

Structura can also be used in conjunction with other non-surgical procedures.

Procedure in the surgery

  1. Consultation & Planning – Medical analysis of skin condition and contours, determination of injection points.
  2. Injection – Placement of the hybrid hyaluronic acid with fine cannulas into defined tissue layers, duration usually 30 minutes.
  3. Aftercare – Cool if necessary and avoid sauna, tanning beds and sweat-inducing exercise for 24 hours.

As a rule, two sessions are carried out at intervals of around four weeks. Depending on the initial situation, a refresher treatment may be advisable after a few months.

Results & history

Many patients report plumper, better moisturized skin, a smoother transition in the midface and more defined contours. Thanks to its biostimulant effect, Profhilo Structura supports the regeneration of fatty tissue - an advantage when volume loss in the midface or jawline plays a role. Safety & compatibility
