1 EMFACE Eyes - the first step towards muscle tightening

The non-invasive EMFACE Eyes treatment uses synchronized radiofrequency and HIFES energies to specifically tighten the orbicularis oculi muscle (M. orbicularis oculi). The newly increased muscle tension repositions the protruding fat pad in the lower eyelid back to its original position. After just four sessions of 20 minutes each, the lower eyelid contour appears smoother, and dark circles and eye bags appear less pronounced. The method is minimally painful and can be performed without downtime.

2. polynucleotides / salmon sperm - regeneration for the skin

If lax skin with fine lines, dryness or excess tissue is the main problem, we recommend a bio-revitalization with Polynukleotiden (also known as salmon sperm therapy). The highly pure nucleotides support cell regeneration, improve microcirculation and increase skin elasticity. In cases of pronounced skin laxity, injection with hyaluronic acid is not advisable, as the water‑binding property of the filler can exacerbate eye bags.

3. redensity 2 - filling the tear trough

If the focus is on the so‑called tear trough – the level difference between the eye socket and the cheek area – we achieve very good results with Redensity 2 (Teoxane). The hyaluronic acid specifically developed for the periocular area, i.e. the eye region, has a low swelling potential and harmoniously compensates the volume deficit. Usually a single session is enough to soften the transition and reduce shadowing.

4. combination treatment for drooping eyelid tendency

If there is also an incipient drooping eyelid due to sagging skin, the result can be optimized using three complementary procedures:

• Polynukleotide: improve skin quality and firm fine creases in the upper eyelid area.
• Botox: An injection into the muscle fibers of the eyebrow slightly elevates the brow position and thereby reduces excess skin.
• EMFACE: Application to the forehead tightens the skin upward, which additionally reduces hooded eyelids.

The combination of these three methods creates a fresh, open look - without surgery.
