EMFACE facelift
Preparation: As preparation for the EMFACE treatment, the skin is cleaned, as it must be dry and free of make-up or perfume for the application. In addition, the treatment area should be shaved if necessary so that the applicators can adhere optimally to the skin. Patients remove jewelry and other metallic accessories such as piercings for the duration of the treatment.
At the start, we attach a neutral electrode to the back—during the treatment, high-frequency current flows between the facial applicators and the neutral electrode. The device automatically detects if the electrode does not have sufficient contact and emits a warning signal. This makes EMFACE not only an effective but also a particularly safe method for non-invasive facelifts. In addition, during the 20-minute treatment, patients hold a comfort button in their hand, which allows them to stop the treatment at any time with a single press.
Treatment: We then attach the special applicators to the forehead and cheeks and connect them to the EMFACE device. Our patients lie comfortably on their backs throughout the treatment. Once the treatment begins, they feel the muscle contractions and a warming sensation that can be compared to a hot stone massage. We also continuously adjust the intensity of the RF and HIFES™ energy during the session in consultation with the patients to ensure a treatment that is both comfortable and effective.
Follow-up treatments: For an optimal result we recommend a treatment cycle of four sessions at intervals of 2 to 14 days. Patients notice tangible results immediately after a session. However, these continue to improve over the following weeks; the final result of this non-invasive facelift is visible about 90 days after the last session.

EMFACE Submentum against double chin
For the targeted treatment of a double chin, we also offer EMFACE with a special double chin applicator. EMFACE Submentum is specifically designed to reduce fatty tissue under the chin. Using state-of-the-art technology, the fatty tissue in this area is heated in a targeted manner, causing the fat cells to shrink. The surrounding tissue remains intact.
EMFACE Eyes
EMFACE Eyes is the first treatment designed to specifically strengthen both the skin and the underlying muscles in the lower eye area. By combining skin tightening with muscle stimulation, it reduces crow’s feet, diminishes dark circles, and visibly improves under-eye bags. The treatment stimulates collagen production, with the maximum effect becoming apparent after 3–6 weeks. A touch-up is recommended after 6–12 months, depending on individual needs.
