1. Issuer and Scope

These terms apply to value vouchers purchased through OmniMed's online voucher shop. The issuer and contracting party is Horwath OG, Ruster Straße 82a / TOP 6, 7000 Eisenstadt.

2. Purchase and Provision

The voucher amount is selected at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe. After successful payment confirmation, the voucher with an individual code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Redemption and Remaining Balance

The voucher can be redeemed for all services and products offered by OmniMed at the Eisenstadt and Klagenfurt locations. It entitles the holder to a euro value and does not guarantee the price of any specific service or product.

Partial and residual redemptions are permitted. After each redemption, the partial amount is deducted from the remaining value and logged with the time, location and executing team account. The voucher remains active down to a remaining value of 0,00 EUR.

4. Transferability

The voucher is not tied to the person named in the PDF and may be transferred. The valid voucher code is decisive for redemption.

5. Validity

The voucher is valid for 30 years from issuance. This reflects the general limitation period under § 1478 ABGB, and no shorter limitation in the terms and conditions is agreed.

6. Cash payment

A cash payment is generally not provided. Mandatory statutory claims, in particular in connection with an effective withdrawal, remain unaffected.

7. Loss and misuse

The voucher code must be treated like a means of payment. In case of loss or theft, a replacement may be issued after manual verification if the voucher can be clearly identified. Prior to issuing a replacement, the original voucher will be blocked; any amounts already redeemed will not be reimbursed.

8. Withdrawal and Refund

Consumers may generally withdraw from an online voucher purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Details are set out in the separate cancellation/information on the right of withdrawal. If the withdrawal is effective, the voucher will be blocked immediately and the payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

9. Statutory Rights

These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.
