Treatment: The JetPeel is a multifunctional system that combines several treatments: lymphatic drainage, massage, deep cleansing, exfoliation, skin pH management, and hydroporation.

Cooling, collimated aerosol jet pressure: A cooling lymphatic drainage massage contributes significantly to skin health. When the body is healthy, processing appropriate amounts of toxins absorbed from the environment is not a major burden. However, if this balance begins to falter, an excess of harmful substances accumulates. The skin begins to look tired, dark circles and bags under the eyes may form, and facial swelling can occur due to age-related changes in blood circulation. JetPeel treatments have a positive effect on the lymphatic system. Lymphatic pathways are gently opened, allowing harmful substances to be flushed out of the skin and congestion to be relieved. The evenly applied pressure and a gentle cooling effect lead to cleansing and the delivery of essential active ingredients that have a positive effect on the skin’s immune system.
Hydroabrasion: Hydroabrasion means exfoliation using liquid (peeling) and deep cleansing with comedolysis (the removal of blackheads). The aerosol jet is guided continuously over the skin surface at a distance of approx. 1 cm. The pressure loosens dead skin cells, while the skin is enriched with moisture. Comedones and impurities are effectively removed using a special application technique. This deep pore cleansing prepares the skin for the subsequent treatment with active ingredient serums.
Skin pH Management: For optimal enzyme activity, a healthy skin metabolism requires an acidic pH level. With the help of various AHA fruit acids, the alkaline pH level—which is characteristic of prematurely aged skin, hyperpigmentation, and barrier dysfunction (e.g., in acne)—is lowered into the acidic range. This prepares the skin for the next step: highly active ingredients can now pass through the skin barrier and contribute to the optimal regeneration and rejuvenation of skin stem cells.
Hydroporation: Hydroporation refers to the penetration of active ingredients—such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, glycolic acid, triamcinolone, macromolecules, and moisture—down to the reticular layer via aquaporins, the skin’s water channels. Prior skin pH management prepares the skin for optimal delivery of essential active ingredients. A wide range of active ingredient serums is available to address individual skin concerns. There are numerous active ingredient serums designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production (anti-aging), smooth fine lines, and improve complexion and hyperpigmentation. The skin becomes rosy, plump, and smooth.

A JetPeel treatment at OmniMed lasts between 20 and 90 minutes, depending on the individual formulation and treatment areas. Our Basic treatment (45 minutes) includes lymphatic drainage and SkinBoost Face with one active ingredient complex; the Deluxe treatment (60 minutes) combines lymphatic drainage and SkinBoost Face with several customized active ingredients. Upon request, the treatment can be extended to the neck and/or décolleté and enhanced with add-ons such as Biopeptide ATX-NAT or LED light therapy. A JetPeel refresher treatment for one area lasts 20 minutes.

JetPeel

JetPeel is a unique method that cannot be compared to existing skin treatment methods such as microdermabrasion, water abrasion (wet abrasion), mesotherapy, or chemical peels; it represents a completely new type of deep-acting treatment. The JetPeel active serum is drawn into the air stream by ambient air (or medical oxygen or CO2) pressurized into the handpiece.

A completely new technology makes it possible to deliver essential active ingredients —such as vitamins, beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid —deep into the skin in a gentle and unprecedented way.

The JetPeel active serum, which is customized for each patient, is shaped and accelerated as a collimated, parallel aerosol stream through a special, patented nozzle so that, depending on the handpiece attachment used, it strikes the skin with a jet diameter of 80–180 microns and a velocity of 200 m/s (720 km/h) and has been proven to penetrate deep into the skin, reaching the stratum reticulare.

The physiology that makes the JetPeel method so unique

Oxygen or CO2 is drawn in, while active ingredients or saline solution are released into the handpiece. At the outlet point, the airflow and liquid collide in the form of micro-droplets, which then hit the skin at high speed.
These highly accelerated droplets, which possess a high kinetic energy, now remove the outermost layers of skin as the gas flow slows down significantly. The slowing of the gas flow causes increased static pressure on the skin’s surface, leading to a loss of blood flow in that area.
The skin, which is subjected to localized pressure, allowspenetration into deeper layers of the skin due tomicrochannels. The pressure difference in the tissue enables the targeted penetration of biological substances and oxygen.
When the pressure is released, the channels close and the applied material remains firmly embedded in the tissue.

The JetPeel Active Ingredients

Thanks to innovative JetPeel technology, valuable active ingredients such as vitamins, enzymes, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants can be gently delivered deep into the skin. Through this process of hydroporation, the serums penetrate all the way to the reticular layer, where they can take full effect.

The active ingredients in JetPeel are individually formulated for each patient and tailored to their specific skin needs. At OmniMed, we use the following active ingredients in JetPeel treatments, depending on the indication.

JetPeel - Hyaluronic acid +

SYN-AKE hyaluronic acid has an excellent ability to smooth the skin and reduce wrinkles, an effect that has been proven in clinical studies. From a scientific point of view, the formula is unique on the market. JetPeel technology delivers the reagent directly into the dermis, relaxing the mimic muscles and smoothing wrinkles naturally.

Couperose Concealer Fluid

Active ingredients: Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (AZELOGLICINA®, azelaic acid), troxerutin, and niacinamide.

Azeloglicina (azelanic acid and glycine) is highly effective for inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and couperose. The effect of azelanic acid has been proven in clinical studies.

This active ingredient has multiple effects: lightening of pigmentation, normalization of seborrheic skin, improvement of hydration, improvement of elasticity. Troxerutin is an active ingredient from horse chestnut that stabilizes the vascular walls and repairs capillary damage. Niacinamide has anti-inflammatory properties. This combination of active ingredients has been optimized for the JetPeel technology to allow the aerosols to penetrate deep into the skin. An immediate effect can be expected after just one treatment.

Whitening Complex 1 + 2

Mulberry root extract inhibits the activation of tyrosinase and thus the production of melanin. Bearberry, glycyrrhiza and ampher also contribute to the reduction of hyperpigmentation.

Whitening Complex 1 consists of 10% glycolic acid with a pH of 3.3 and also contains aloe vera and panthenol.

Whitening Complex 2 contains Biowhite™ plant extracts, which inhibit skin pigmentation and thus effectively lighten pigmentation irregularities.

STAY-C® —a highly active form of vitamin C—acts as an antioxidant to effectively and sustainably protect the skin barrier and stem cells from free radicals. STAY-C® stimulates collagen production in fibroblasts, reduces melanin synthesis, and lightens pigmentation spots. Skin tone and radiance are sustainably improved.

Anti-Aging Complex 1

Main ingredients: Hyaluronic acids, bio-peptides, antioxidant enzymes

The Anti-Aging Complex 1 is characterized by bio-peptides and proteins that intervene in a unique way in the skin's metabolism as highly effective anti-aging active ingredients. Hyaluronic acids in three molecule sizes provide moisture for an optimum effect in the deep layers of the skin. Thanks to JetPeel technology, DNA repair peptides reach the stem cells in the stratum basale, where they act against premature ageing processes and stimulate telomerases at cellular level. The ingredients have a firming effect and give the skin a silky glow.

Anti-Aging Complex 2

Main ingredients: bio-peptides, amino acids, plant extracts, phytohormones, epigenetic factors, and vitamins

The combination of Anti-Aging Complex 1+2 is the perfect anti-aging formula. Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Pentapeptide-18 work synergistically to reduce wrinkles and minimize the activity of facial muscles.

Jania Rubens and Meristhocea Dakarensis (Dermocea®) are highly effective plant extracts with a unique anti-aging effect achieved by stimulating the differentiation of keratinocytes from stem cells. Collagen synthesis is stimulated and skin hydration is improved. By inhibiting matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-1), collagen is protected from degradation. Inhibition of hyaluronidase prevents the breakdown of hyaluronan and increases the skin’s moisture content.

This unique combination of plant extracts with peptides potentiates the effect of Anti-Aging Complex 1. JetPeel allows the active ingredients to reach deep layers of the skin in high concentrations and reduce skin damage and premature signs of ageing. In addition to their main effect, the plant extracts also have a hormone-active effect and support the treatment of hormonal disorders in the skin, e.g. acne, rosacea and other inflammatory skin conditions. Plant stem cells protect the skin from environmental influences and rejuvenate the skin stem cells.

Anti-Aging Complex 3

Key ingredients: Firming and brightening peptides and plant extracts with whitening properties.

The Anti-Aging Complex 3 is characterized by peptides and plant extracts that improve pigmentation and skin texture. By inhibiting melanogenesis, the skin tone is lightened and skin evenness is improved. The reagent contains anti-inflammatory extracts and rejuvenating factors from edelweiss stem cells.

High-dose panthenol (provitamin B-5) supports regeneration, promotes wound healing and hydrates the skin.

Selected peptides and phytoextracts improve skin tone and texture. High-dose dexpanthenol (vitamin B-5) supports regeneration, promotes wound healing and moisturizes the skin in the long term.

Anti-Aging Complex 4

Main components:

Hyaluronic acid provides moisture for an optimal effect of the repair enzymes in the deep layers of the skin.

Azelaic acid, a natural substance that is highly effective in treating inflammatory skin conditions, regulates sebum production, has antibacterial properties, and improves skin hydration, pigmentation, and elasticity.

Troxerutin, derived from horse chestnut, strengthens blood vessel walls and repairs damage to capillaries.

Niacinamide is a vitamin B-3 derivative, helps against dry, blemished and sensitive skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Aloe vera extracts soothe the skin and moisturize it.

Power Bi-Phasic

Thanks to its unique blend of active ingredients—including triple hyaluronic acid, biopeptides,epigenetic factors, phytohormones, and phosphatidylcholine —the hydroporation process generates "cell-penetrating peptides" that sustainably improve skin metabolism and deliver outstanding anti-aging results.

Power Bi-Phasic Vial 1 is a blend of hyaluronic acids with varying molecular weights, designed to ensure maximum efficacy and penetration of the active ingredients.
Power Bi-Phasic Vial 2 is a special complex containing red grape, soy, gardenia, Buddleia davidii (Alpaflor®), and capsicum.

ATX-NAT

Key ingredients: Argireline®, triple hyaluronic acid, betaine

Argireline® is a muscle-relaxing bio-peptide that has the same amino acid composition as the active center of botulinum toxin. The bio-peptide relaxes the facial muscles responsible for facial expressions without affecting natural facial expressions.

A study by the University of Pavia showed that after six JetPeel treatments, wrinkle volume was reduced by 21%, wrinkle depth by 11% and skin evenness improved by 77%.

Pomegranate - The polyphenols in pomegranate act as antioxidants on inflammatory processes in the scalp and reduce the activity of 5-alpha reductases. Pomegranate thus promotes hair growth and gives the hair new shine.

Redensyl® is formulated with patented polyphenols and epigallocatechin gallate glucoside, which stimulate hair stem cells. Glycine and zinc promote hair metabolism. Glycine is a building block of an important hair-specific protein. Zinc promotes the incorporation of cystine into hair keratin.

The effectiveness of JetPeel technology has been scientifically proven by Prof. Dr. Kerscher at the University of Hamburg . Histological evidence of deep penetration was provided by Prof. Dr. Paasch at the University Dermatology Clinic in Leipzig in several studies.

JetPeel promotes the formation of new collagen

Moisture is the most important element in supporting the strength of the collagen fiber matrix. A lack of moisture in the tissue inevitably leads to accelerated skin ageing. The application of skin care creams keeps the surface of the skin (20%) moist while deeper layers of the skin (80%) remain dry. JetPeel technology penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, nourishes them and thus creates new possibilities for sustainable, effective skin care.

Below is a histological microscope image of a skin cross-section from the University Dermatology Clinic in Leipzig, led by Prof. Dr. med. Uwe Paasch. It shows human facial skin following a JetPeel treatment using a JetPeel Triple handpiece and native hyaluronic acid. In the experiment, a penetration depth of 1020 nm was detected after just 2 seconds, thereby providing university-level and thus legally sound proof of the penetration depth and fluid distribution.

The homogeneous distribution of active ingredients – scientifically proven

JetPeel infiltrates the active ingredients between the collagenous connective tissue and does not create active ingredient depots, as is common with injections. Only JetPeel can currently claim this phenomenon as a unique selling point, both scientifically and legally.
