JetPeel is a unique method and cannot be compared with previously known and existing skin treatment methods such as microdermabrasion or abrasion using water (wet abrasion), mesotherapy or peelings and represents a completely new type of deep-acting treatment. The JetPeel active serum is sucked into the air stream by the room air (also medical oxygen or CO2) that is pressed into the handpiece at high pressure.

• Oxygen or CO2 is drawn in, while active ingredients or saline solution are released into the handpiece. At the outlet point, the airflow and liquid collide in the form of micro-droplets, which then hit the skin at high speed.
• These highly accelerated droplets, which have a high kinetic energy, now remove the outermost layers of skin while the gas flow slows down considerably. The slowing of the gas flow causes increased static pressure on the surface of the skin, resulting in a blood void in this area.
• The skin, which is locally under pressure, allows penetration into deeper skin layers due to microchannels. The pressure difference in the tissue enables the targeted penetration of biological substances and oxygen.
• When the pressure is released, the channels close and the applied material remains firmly in the tissue.

Moisture is the most important element in supporting the strength of the collagen fiber matrix. A lack of moisture in the tissue inevitably leads to accelerated skin ageing. The application of skin care creams keeps the surface of the skin (20%) moist while deeper layers of the skin (80%) remain dry. JetPeel technology penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin, nourishes them and thus creates new possibilities for sustainable, effective skin care.

In the test, a depth penetration of 1020nm was demonstrated after only 2 seconds, which means that the depth penetration and fluid distribution could be proven universally and thus with legal certainty.

The JetPeel is a multifunctional system that comprises several treatments: Lymphatic drainage, massage, deep cleansing, exfoliation, skin pH management and hydroporation.

• Cooling, collimated aerosol flow massage: A cooling lymphatic drainage massage makes a significant contribution to skin health. If the body is healthy, processing appropriate amounts of toxins absorbed from the environment is not a major burden. However, if this balance begins to falter, there is an excess of harmful substances. The skin begins to look tired, dark circles and bags under the eyes can form and facial puffiness occurs due to age-related changes in blood circulation. JetPeel treatments have a positive effect on the lymphatic system. Lymphatic channels are gently opened so that harmful substances in the skin can be removed and congestion is relieved. The evenly applied pressure and a slight cooling effect lead to cleansing and the supply of essential active ingredients, which have a positive effect on the skin's immune system.
• Hydroabrasion: Hydroabrasion means exfoliation using liquid (peeling) and deep cleansing with comedolysis (the removal of blackheads). The aerosol jet is guided continuously over the skin surface at a distance of approx. 1 cm. The pressure loosens dead skin cells, while the skin is enriched with moisture. Comedones and impurities are effectively removed using a special application technique. This deep pore cleansing prepares the skin for the subsequent treatment with active ingredient serums.
• Skin pH management: A healthy skin metabolism requires an acidic pH value for optimal enzyme activity. With the help of various AHA fruit acids, the alkaline pH value, which is present in pre-aged skin, hyperpigmentation and barrier disorders (e.g. acne), is lowered into the acidic range. The skin is then ready for the next step: highly active ingredients can now pass through the skin barrier and contribute to optimal regeneration and rejuvenation of the skin stem cells.
• Hydroporation: Hydroporation means the penetration of active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, glycolic acid, triamcinolone, macromolecules and moisture into the stratum reticulare via aquaporins, the skin's water channels. The preceding skin pH management prepares the skin for the optimal supply of essential active ingredients. A large portfolio of active ingredient serums is available for individual skin types. There are numerous active ingredient serums to stimulate collagen and elastin formation (anti-ageing), smooth wrinkles and improve the complexion and hyperpigmentation. The skin becomes rosy, plump and smooth.

• Couperose Concealer Fluid

Main active ingredients Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (^{AZELOGLICINA®}, azelaic acid), troxerutin and niacinamide.

Azeloglicina (azelanic acid and glycine) is highly effective for inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and couperose. The effect of azelanic acid has been proven in clinical studies.

This active ingredient has multiple effects: lightening of pigmentation, normalization of seborrheic skin, improvement of hydration, improvement of elasticity. Troxerutin is an active ingredient from horse chestnut that stabilizes the vascular walls and repairs capillary damage. Niacinamide has anti-inflammatory properties. This combination of active ingredients has been optimized for the JetPeel technology to allow the aerosols to penetrate deep into the skin. An immediate effect can be expected after just one treatment.

• Whitening Complex 1 + 2

Mulberry root extract inhibits the activation of tyrosinase and thus the production of melanin. Bearberry, glycyrrhiza and ampher also contribute to the reduction of hyperpigmentation.

Whitening Complex 1 consists of 10% glycolic acid with a pH value of 3.3 and also contains aloe vera and panthenol.

Whitening Complex 2 contains Biowhite™ plant extracts, which inhibit skin pigmentation and thus effectively lighten pigmentation disorders.

A study by the University of Pavia showed that after six JetPeel treatments, wrinkle volume was reduced by 21%, wrinkle depth by 11% and skin evenness improved by 77%.
