How does ultrasound work?

This modern procedure works with microfocused ultrasound energy, which penetrates the skin without damaging it. At precisely specified tissue depths of 1.5 millimeters, 3 millimeters and 4.5 millimeters, this ultrasound treatment then generates a specific temperature. This specially selected temperature is ideal for stimulating the body's own collagen and elastin formation to boost and to denature existing collagen. Through this stimulation, new elastic fibers form that restore lost firmness to the treatment area.

Long-term effect

Our patients notice the first changes immediately after the treatment. Since Ultherapy but also stimulates the body's own production of collagen and elastin, the result continues to build over the following weeks and months.
