Six 20-minute treatments over a period of three weeks currently represent one of the shortest available procedures for non-invasive muscle strengthening. It was found that both the biceps and triceps muscles showed an increase in muscle mass as well as an overall fat reduction in the arms two weeks after the sixth treatment. Furthermore, the treatment also increased the volumetric muscle mass in the calves.
