Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Horwath OG, Ruster Straße 82a / TOP 6, 7000 Eisenstadt, Tel +43 676 4777829, E-Mail [email protected] – of your decision by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or e-mail. You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received without delay and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of your notice of withdrawal. For the reimbursement we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. The voucher will be blocked immediately upon effective withdrawal.

You can also submit your withdrawal via our Online cancellation function. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
